This accommodation is conveniently located to reach all of the city's attractions with ease, as it is easily accessible from the motorway and very close to the tram station. the room and bathroom are in great condition, and the breakfast served each morning is satisfying. Guests have access to a dirty oven and fridge in the hallway, and the cleaning staff is very friendly.
Some aspects of the customer service need improvement.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the affordable price and the clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, providing enough energy for a day of sightseeing. the hotel's proximity to the city center and public transportation made it convenient and accessible.
The weak Wi-Fi connection was frustrating, and the staff could have been more welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was also slightly inconvenient, requiring either a long walk or transportation to get to the main attractions of the city.

My Easter stay wasn't as pleasant as expected. the room had a bad odor, possibly due to poor ventilation.
